February 16, 2019 at 5:09 am1 stars becoz the place is reasonable, but communication is a serious issue, it has happened with me thrice that I went to Gym n it was closed for pest control/ cleaning etc. when enquired with staff they said even we didn’t know n the management sent it all of a sudden. It cost nothing to keep one phone in the store and have one what’s up Broadcast group for members n just put a message there. Even that group can be used to post any promotions, which can lead to increased business. Staff is also not so interested most times and have to call many times to help with the toning machines, looks like the reason is that they hv been there for long and feels no accountability.
