Took them back for replacement and wouldn’t replace without charging the same price. Told me faulty product and poor workmanship was not their problem…

January 14, 2020 at 8:03 amHorrible customer service! I had two suits made and it took a very long time for the final product to be completed. Once it was finished, I was not thrilled with the product but I was leaving town and had to take them with. Once I tried them on again, I found the quality was not good and they didn’t fit properly. On my travels I not once wore them. Upon my arrival back in Dubai, the tailor stated I gained too much weight and I would have to pay for alterations. She was incredibly rude and even took the time to pull out her chart and show me that I was now not the same size. The service is cold and unwelcoming and the products are awful! DO NOT GO HERE!
