Absolute rip off. Paid AED 17,000 and car was still not fixed. They came back with a AED 36,000 quotation just wild guessing the problem. Went to the agency and got an honest quotation for the actual problems for less than half the price, also fixing issues that were supposedly fixed. (that weren’t mentioned by this horrible workshop). Used to be a good workshop years back. Not anymore.
They took the car for the entire day to change the oils: engine, transmission etc, spark plugs, etc etc. Major service
Kept the car for 9hours. Returned in in the evening. Charged 4000 dhr for that. And…? And it turned out that the oil level in the engine was below the minimum when returned! Reading thru the reviews here I definitely subscribe to the opinion that this is one big swindle! The car will be inspected again to check what other frauds happened there.
They “kindly” offered that they would take the car again and add the oil missing! As a compensation for the con they performed! No word of explanation, nothing!
It was a dear mistake to let these amateurs handle a precision car like a Porsche! If you care for your vehicle find another garage, don’t be mislead by their ads!

They are very fast and professional.
They know how to deal with American cars (Truck) which is not the case everywhere.
They also offer great coffee while waiting for the car to be ready .
There is no waiting time for appointments and the prices are fair.
Will keep coming back.
