All I can say EVERYONE IS AMAZING THERE, they saved our dog and I can’t be thankful enough for it. We went for an emergency situation and they immediately took our dog and checked him that in 30 min almost we know what the issue was. Dr. Ruben, Dr Carmi they are so so knowledgeable, professional, experienced, kind, patient and they love animals that was so obvious. So the staff they are so so nice and overall I felt everyone working there are happy I felt a good vibe. All the tests and consultation was done so transparent and keeping us informed about every little detail and making us part of the decisions. I believe they are some of the very best in Dubai. Do trust them if you are in a urgent situation, or any situation your pet needs medical assitance. Thank you Doctors and everyone there for the amazing experience we had and for saving Secco.
We found about this clinic because we adopted a rescue dog from K9 friends and she was booked in here for a spay. Dr Amber and her team were fantastic and so we also brought our other dog in for a spay and annual vaccinations. Recently, Dr Amber was not available for an emergency recently and recommended Dr Ruben – he was great as well adn they are now our vets of choice. Have no hesitation recommending you to bring your dogs here.
