August 9, 2021 at 6:31 amWe used to go in here & we love the two Vet -Doctors are Dr. Ahmad & Dr. Jose based on my experienced for many years with BVC the way they handle our two kittens Lulu and Lucky was excellent now they became an adult cats, the staff are friendly as well, but recently we moved to another clinic just for grooming not available in BVC.

She took care of all the paperwork and logistics as he flew as few days after me. Gilda also keep me updated all the time and was available to explain and reply to my questions.

August 3, 2021 at 8:50 pmI dropped off a barely-three-week-old orphan kitty this evening after having taken care of her for 10 days while powering through my allergies. The receptionist was polite and welcoming and the overall atmosphere seemed calm which is ofcourse a huge plus for any anxious being. I only hope my little kitty is taken care of, fed every 2-3 hours and is sent to a good home.

June 11, 2021 at 12:35 pmMy niece sent her cat just for grooming & he was sedated heavily. My niece & her cat were traumatized & they had to send him again only to be charged again for blood tests. We will never send our cat again to this clinic after the horrible experience!!!!!!!!

I called the BVC at 6 am and Dr Nick was already on his way.
quick assessment and quick management was carried on and a pneumothorax was diagnosed and drained on the spot and that saved my cat’s life. later on a full CT scan was performed by Dr Hale and a hospitalization of a couple of weeks put my cat back on track.
I received two emails per day from the nurses about the status of the cat. dr Nick sent me also updates when the situation was critical.
I was allowed to visit and pet it whenever my schedule permitted.
briefly my cat would have died without their care.
