So basically this place is not professional at all. Trust me on this you will be wasting your money. All they care about is to get u sign for a package and then you deal with your luck. Worst customer management system. Wost booking system. And the complaint management is a painful one. The only good thing there is the Egyptian Dr.

Please don’t buy any packages from them. They are extremely unprofessional, rude receptionist. Will sweet talk you in buying the packages and after that you will never get an appointment.

Mr Subesh very good therapist in urs khalidiya branch..He is very polite and helpfull..Good communication and knowledge about fat reduces and helping in excercise at gym.
Unfortunately it’s was way below of my expectations I came for specific facial treatment and the lady kept insisting I buy another package that was 10 times expensive than what I came for .
As I was assertive and asked the lady that I will search about it and may purchase it if see good reviews about it.
Eventually I ended up into 20 minutes treatment where the procedure I came for should last for an hour !!!! And the effects was vary basic similar to regular facial in any salon and I came for hydrofacial.
More importantly no one asked about Al Hosn app or the status of pcr?!
At the end from the therapist to the accountant to the lady at the reception every one is asking why and why you don’t buy this and this !! Where I am the one who should know what I need and want.
Definitely not going back for many reasons health and safety concerns are top of it .

Last laser session was a nightmare , they changed the one who used to do my session and and the new one injured my back when he used the blade and he didn’t cover all my body parts he was moving randomly , will never do any session again
They charge exorbitant prices for their treatments but are unable to provide exceptional services to make up for them. I booked a treatment in 2019 and it got completed in 2021, almost 2 years when it should have taken just 6 months. Much of the time was wasted because of their staff’s unavailability. You have to follow-up with them from time to time to book appointments which should be their responsibility. They cancel/postpone appointments at their own discretion without informing their customers. They then, book appoinments after a 2+ month gap because their staff is not present to do the job or their machines are not working. They should also be aware that they are dealing with customers who have jobs, they can’t take a day off from work according to their staff’s availability to turn up for the treatments (which can cancel from their end at any given time). Instead they should accomodate to their customer needs. Afterall we are paying them! My anxiety went through the roof when dealing with this VLCC branch. I suggest anyone who are using their services, be aware of what you are signing up for.
The worst service I have received for a clinic…its like a war zone to book or get an appointment for a laser seasion…the worst management..they would say what they could offer and that is it it’s like ur the service provider and they r they customer..you have to move according to there dates and time .
