Food and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I just made reservations and getting a confirmation that my reservations went through as I was walking to go inside the restaurant I’ve been told by the security guard that’s the resturant has been closed for few months are you serious? The website clearly states that they open plus they confirmed with me like wth unbelievable

The steak melt in my mouth. The night show was amazing

On 21 May 2021: Visited the restaurant with my family for a late lunch. Ordered 2 pizza (each for 100dhs which were OKAY – not WOW!) and 1 main course which is chicken breast with mushrooms paste for 190dhs. The chicken plate came in a portion would not even call it a Kids meal! When I complained to the rest. manager, he simply answered “This is our main course. You will pay for it whether you eat it or not” SHOCKING!!! how Dubai became such low quality on some restaurants. I refused to have the plate or pay for it. He even replied saying “then we will call the police for you” Again, my family and I were shocked! I told him go ahead and call the police. In few seconds, he offered another dish of the same “main course” chicken with mushrooms as a compensation. In the end our lunch plan with our baby was ruined because of that unprofessional manager! Absolutely rude and should not be in this F&B industry. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. DO NOT go there. Souk Al Bahar has way better restaurants that Serafina. They are extremely expensive for average quality and small portion food.

Their steak pizza is good……
