REMOVED SHOWS WITHOUT NOTICE. WATSE OF MY TIME

So the story goes. I see a movie I like on their website which was a 11 55PM show I wanted to book it online but oh wait Esaad card discounts don’t work online only in person. I see the cinema is empty on their site so figured hey why not just go there and buy the tickets myself that way I get my esaad discount as well. So before I leave my home at 11 20PM I do a quick check on the website and the seats are still there cinema is empty. I reach their counter by 11 50PM and voila they have removed the show and the person over there goes like “sir there was never a show you must have mistaken last show was 8PM”. Such BS. There absolutely was and the only reason they removed it was because no1 booked it and within a span of 20 mins they just removed the daaanm show and were trying to convince me that I’m wrong and there was never a show. Such LIES not even accepting their fault. Pathetic customer service. Never going to NOVO ever again as it is their standards have dropped considerably since covid.

Today was my 1st outing to the cinema since the beginning of the pandemic.
To make the cinema visitor comfortable, the seat spacing is socially distanced. To be extra careful, I went to a show at 2.15pm, so obviously no crowds.
It was a wonderful experience, especially as the film, No Time To Die, is in my view, a very entertaining James Bond production.
